A SIMPLE SLIMFAST SMOOTHIE


One of my summer priorities thus far has been making time to exercise, and to do so much more regularly. I find that when I exercise and take care of my body, I want to eat more healthy as well! Here's a recipe that my dad and I have been drinking for extra vitamins and protein to start off the day- be that with a 10 mile run (like he so often does) or with a quick trip to the Y.

Simple Slimfast Smoothie

1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 banana
1 scoop of Slimfast Chocolate powder
8 oz dairy of your choice (I used 1% milk)

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until very smooth, about 1 minute. If you like your smoothies colder, freeze your fruit ahead of time or add a cup of ice.


Drink up!
